NEW YORK CITY, NY (February 29, 2024) - Gamma Real Estate and JVP Management, developers of Sutton Tower, a 120-residence new development condominium located at 430 East 58th Street in Manhattan’s Sutton Place enclave, today announce an art exhibition and residency in collaboration with esteemed British-American artist Stacie McCormick. McCormick, renowned for her captivating large-scale paintings, will showcase recent works, entitled "Infinite," at Sutton Tower, marking her first solo exhibition in the United States. The exhibition is available for viewing by private appointment from February 29 to March 10 and will take place concurrently with McCormick’s studio residency in the building, where she will create new works of art inspired by the spectacular environment, views, and architecture of Sutton Tower.

NEW YORK CITY, NY (February 29, 2024) - Gamma Real Estate and JVP Management, developers of Sutton Tower, a 120-residence new development condominium located at 430 East 58th Street in Manhattan’s Sutton Place enclave, today announce an art exhibition and residency in collaboration with esteemed British-American artist Stacie McCormick. McCormick, renowned for her captivating large-scale paintings, will showcase recent works, entitled "Infinite," at Sutton Tower, marking her first solo exhibition in the United States. The exhibition is available for viewing by private appointment from February 29 to March 10 and will take place concurrently with McCormick’s studio residency in the building, where she will create new works of art inspired by the spectacular environment, views, and architecture of Sutton Tower.
Sutton Tower is a new 850-foot residential tower designed by renowned Danish architectural designer Thomas Juul-Hansen and is the only new development tower in the highly desirable enclave of Sutton Place. Penthouse 80 will serve as the backdrop for twenty-four of McCormick's breathtaking paintings, offering a rare glimpse into her creative process and the evolution of her work. The stunning duplex penthouse encompasses 9,356 square feet and offers panoramic views of the city, including a spacious, double-height loggia overlooking the East River and beyond. The careful attention to design detail throughout the 5-bed, 6-bathroom residence includes ebonized oak entry doors, oversized windows with expansive views, 5” wide plank solid oak floors quartered and rifted with a custom stain, and tall ceilings that reach as high as 15 feet.
